Il Milan in sede di calciomercato farà una vera e propria rivoluzione, nel frattempo arriva dall’Atalanta Simon Kjaer…
Rivoluzione Milan. Mattia Caldara, Fabio Borini e Pepe Reina sono solo i primi nomi in uscita di una lunga lista di candidati. Per il Club sono davvero pochi i giocatori incedibili dai quali ripartire e risollevarsi in campionato (e sui quali pianificare il futuro). L’ex centrale della Juventus ha firmato con l’Atalanta.
La sua avventura in rossonero non è mai iniziata a causa dei troppi stop che l’hanno visto protagonista quasi esclusivamente in infermeria. Sul campo per lui appena 155 minuti. Arrivato all’interno della maxi-operazione che portò a Milanello da Torino Gonzalo Higuain e Leonardo Bonucci – 35 milioni di euro la valutazione del suo cartellino -, Caldara viene ora ceduto all’Atalanta con la formula del prestito (18 mesi) e obbligo di riscatto fissato a 15 milioni.
Anche Pepe Reina è prossimo a salutare Milanello. Il portiere spagnolo vestirà a giorni la maglia dell’Aston Villa, in Premier League. Pepe ha chiesto minuti in campo per potersi giocare qualche chance in vista delle convocazioni per l’Europeo dell’estate e il Milan l’ha accontentato.
Il rapporto è ottimo, tanto che l’ex Napoli ha rinunciato alla buonuscita per agevolare la chiusura dell’accordo. La formula: prestito con diritto di riscatto. Con il suo ritorno in Inghilterra (in passato Reina aveva ha a Liverpool), il Club rossonero risparmia circa 8,3 milioni di euro lordi relativi al suo ingaggio, da contratto fino a giugno 2021.

Borini intanto è già a Verona, sponda Hellas. Ieri le visite mediche e selfie sorridenti in Città. Si lavora sui dettagli ma il Milan non incasserà nulla dei 5 milioni richiesti inizialmente. Ha prevalso la volontà del giocatore, finito ai margini del gruppo con l’arrivo in panchina di Stefano Pioli. In rossonero Borini ha collezionato, in due anni e mezzo, 75 presenze, 8 gol e 6 assist.
Sul piede di partenza anche Krzysztof Piątek, comunque convocato da Pioli per la sfida di campionato a Cagliari. Secondo il tabloid inglese The Sun, Milan e Tottenham avrebbero trovato un accordo sulla base di 30 milioni di euro più bonus per il trasferimento dell’attaccante polacco. Insomma, un’affare che complessivamente permetterebbe al Milan di rientrare dai 35 milioni spesi un anno fa per acquistarlo dal Genoa.
Con il tesoretto incassato dalla sua cessione, i rossoneri potrebbero pianificare tre colpi di mercato, uno per reparto. Simon Kjaer, in arrivo dall’Atalanta, ma in prestito a Bergamo dal Siviglia, è vicinissimo al Milan. Trasferimento temporaneo di sei mesi con diritto di riscatto fissato a 2,5 milioni di euro. Il difensore centrale danese ha esperienza e qualità per sopperire alle lacune difensive della squadra. Questa mattina le visite mediche, poi la firma sul contratto a Casa Milan. Sarà a disposizione di Pioli mercoledì a San Siro per il match di Coppa Italia contro la Spal.
